| Joe is a graduate of the University Of Arizona College Of Law, and is
certified by the Arizona Bar Association, and the Board of Legal Specialization. As a Certified Specialist in
Workers' Compensation, he is recognized by his peers for his extensive experience and expertise with workers
compensation law.
Joe has served on the Bad Faith Rules committee of the Industrial Commission of

Arizona, and has lectured at various seminars sponsored by private organizations, and legal associations. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW), and a past member and state committeeman of American Trial Lawyers' Association.
