Cindy Padilla is a partner with Ely, Bettini, Ulman & Rosenblatt and
practices in both State and Federal Court in Arizona. She has extensive trial and arbitration experience in medical
malpractice, automobile accidents, construction cases, and various other civil litigation. Prior to joining Ely,
Bettini, Ulman & Rosenblatt, Ms. Padilla was a prosecutor at the City of Phoenix. In 1997, she became an adjunct
professor at Phoenix Community College in the Department of Justice Studies.

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Padilla is a committee member for the Rules of Civil Procedure Committee of the Arizona State Bar Association. She previously sat as a commission member for the Environmental Quality Commission, City of Phoenix. She also volunteers her time each year to assist indigent individuals, handling legal matters "pro bono" on their behalf.
