He currently serves as a member of the State Bar of Arizona's Fee Arbitration Committee where he was appointed to serve as an Arbitrator for fee disputes between attorney's and/or their clients.

As a partner in the firm, Burt has experience in wrongful death, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, dram shop actions (claims against bars for over-serving patrons involved in accidents), construction site accidents, as well as numerous insurance cases. He has helped many clients recover damages for their injuries, through settlement, arbitration, mediation and trial.
