| Walt is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. 1970; J.D. 1973).
He has been a Judge Pro Tempore, in the Appellate Court of Arizona, and a past member of the Board of Adjustment,
in the City of Tempe. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and member of its Medical-Legal
Liaison Committee, the State Bar of Arizona and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is also a panel
member in Arizona for the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).

Walt is a Certified Specialist in Worker's Compensation by the Arizona Board of Legal
Specialization. He has lectured on behalf of the State Bar of Arizona, and various other private and legal
organizations. He has also taught "Respect for Law" courses at public schools, and is a Tempe Leadership graduate.
He practices Workers' Compensation Law; Plaintiff Personal Injury Law; Products Liability Litigation; Medical and
Professional Malpractice Litigation; and Wrongful Death Litigation.
