Our cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. This means there are absolutely no attorney fees unless and until there is a recovery. In bringing claims, there will be "out-of-pocket" costs, which are costs we have to spend to prosecute your case. These costs include filing fees with the court, expert witness fees, costs for depositions, investigation, and other costs which are necessary to successfully bring the claim. These costs will be explained to you when you speak with the attorney. We will always work with the prospective client on how those costs are to be paid and this should not be a bar to considering whether to contact a lawyer. Each case is different, and financial arrangements can often be made to minimize or avoid this burden while the case is pending.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we entertain all calls and inquiries with respect to potential claims. Once again, when you call to discuss a potential claim you will always speak to a lawyer for advice. There is no charge for the initial case evaluation regardless of whether there is a claim to pursue. After the initial evaluation, if we take your case, all fees are contingent on the outcome. If there is no recovery, there is no attorney fee.
