If you have been injured, and do not have health insurance, we can help direct you, in most circumstances, to a highly qualified physician who will provide care for our clients on a lien basis. A lien is an agreement between you, the physician and our office to delay payment to the physician for his/her services until there is a recovery in your case. Due to our extensive experience in the field, we have developed excellent relationships with many different medical specialists who are exceptionally qualified in their respective fields. Often, these physicians will agree to see our clients on a lien basis given their respect for our office and past successful resolution of claims for patients. In addition, if you have health insurance, we can often direct you to a particular physician who has outstanding qualifications and has been of assistance to our office on other claims. These physicians are typically very willing to be of assistance to you both from a medical and legal standpoint, helping with medical/legal reports, depositions and testifying, at trial.
